HR Associate

We are seeking an HR Associate to support the Global Data Administration team and help manage employee lifecycle processes. The role involves performing confidential Human Resources functional and administrative responsibilities, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll support, and maintaining accurate HR data across multiple systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, associate degree in a business-related field and experience preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3+ years of HR experience, including HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Experience with HR operations and best practices.
• Proficient in HR Systems and computer applications.
