We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR BSC Service Desk Jr Analyst to join our team and oversee HR service Desk for Americas. The role involves resolving or directing HR-related inquiries across various categories, utilizing Workday and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree preferable
- 1 year of work experience in HR such as call center or customer service is desirable
- Advanced proficiency in English language
- Knowledge of Workday Solutions, Excel functions, Google G-Suite
