The HR Business Transformation Senior Consultant leads HR Process Design and deployment of redesigned processes within an organization. They take part in various HR projects, leading a small team or working independently, by analyzing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting process design and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Economics, Social Sciences, or Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in HR/HR Transformation
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR (Workforce Administration/Employee Data Administration, other areas are a plus) as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes
- Practical experience in project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Very good MS Office skills as well as system experience (e.g., Oracle HCM/ Success Factors/Workday/ServiceNow/Zendesk)
Requirements Summary
Academic background in Economics, Social Sciences, or Human Resources, 3 years of practical experience in HR/HR Transformation, and knowledge of HR processes and strategies
