Verifone is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with expertise in Leave of Absence (LOA) and Onboarding to support their HR Shared Services operations. The role will oversee LOA case management and process design across regions, while also supporting onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on LOA administration and onboarding coordination.
- Familiarity with U.S. LOA laws (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD) and awareness of LOA practices across LAC, EMEA, and APAC.
- Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and case management platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and empathy.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
