We're looking for an HR Direct Specialist with German to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As an HR Direct Specialist, you'll handle incoming inquiries, provide user support for HR systems, and ensure a positive customer experience. You'll work with HRBPs, other HR functions, and external stakeholders to optimize processes and contribute to projects that enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Speak German (min. C1/B2) & English (min. B2) languages
- 2+ years of professional experience in supporting employees/customers with their HR queries
- Confident demeanor and well-developed communication skills
- Completed higher education in HR fields or related areas
- Strong empathy, teamwork skills, and a reliable, service-oriented work approach
- Ability to understand complex issues and processes
