Job description
HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr. (Bilingual English/Spanish) role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The role will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for associate relations issues including investigations, agency charges, employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of human resources experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred
- Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Fortune/large company experience preferred
