HR Knowledge Management Strategist

Welcome to HR Communications—a highly collaborative team responsible for providing global crew with the information they need to navigate HR services, programs, and processes. In this role, you’ll take primary ownership of ensuring our global HR intranet (in ServiceNow) is well-organized, easily searchable, relevant to the target audience, and governed appropriately.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in ServiceNow, particularly with knowledge management.
• Proven experience managing a complex network of digital knowledge.
• Strong collaboration across departments and regions.
• An ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture as well as zoom in to specific nuances with a strong attention to detail.
