We're looking for an HR Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence through process optimization, system enhancement, and service delivery within our HR Shared Services organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in HR Shared Services
- 2+ years Workday experience
- General knowledge of Workday HR functional areas and workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow platform preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent documentation skills, including ability to create clear, user-friendly knowledge articles
- Proven ability to structure technical content and maintain knowledge bases
- Experience working with HR systems and workflows
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated cross-functional partnership experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
