Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration (401(k), LOA, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, service-oriented environment, preferably within a shared services or support center model.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across teams and cultures.
- Proficient in HR technologies, with experience in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Familiarity with quality systems, compliance standards, and governance in an HR setting.
