Requirements

  • Typically requires Bachelor’s degree with one to three or more years of relevant experience
  • Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and outcomes are met
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with team-members and end user clients
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Jira), and integrations
  • Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices
