Requirements
- Typically requires Bachelor’s degree with one to three or more years of relevant experience
- Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and outcomes are met
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with team-members and end user clients
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Jira), and integrations
- Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices
