Job description
Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking an HR Solutions & Systems Manager to serve as a strategic leader for the Latin America region, covering Brazil and LATAM. This role involves combining HR process knowledge with IT expertise to manage and evolve the HR technology landscape, focusing on systems architecture, integration, automation, and data governance. The manager will lead a team, promote continuous improvement, and collaborate with global IT partners to ensure user-centric solutions and compliance. They also need to be familiar with digital product management and act as a bridge between HR and IT.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish
- Fluent Portuguese
- Experience as a technical leader in HR Technology
- Hands-on expertise with Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Recruiting)
- Project & Portfolio Management experience in complex environments
- Experience with HR service delivery models (payroll, benefits, etc.)
- Strong data governance and analytics background
- Experience with Agile/innovative mindset
- Experience with ServiceNow
