AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software. We're seeking an HR Services Advisor to join our EMEA People Services Team, focused on delivering operational excellence and accurate HR advice across Southern Europe.
Requirements
- Act as trusted point of contact, managing HR queries and offering sound advice and guidance on HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Create, review and issue change documentation, formal letters and contracts in line with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Partner with relevant teams to ensure accurate and compliant processing of employee changes.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to deliver HR support and act as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and support with process improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience.

Requirements Summary
2-5 years of experience in HR, degree in Human Resources or equivalent, fluency in English and Italian, and knowledge of HRIS systems
