HR Shared Services Specialist

STERIS is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to provide HR support in North America, focusing on onboarding, relocation, compensation, and various HR-related tasks. This role involves working closely with HR Business Partners, Managers, Vendors, and Associates to ensure efficient processes and exceptional customer service. This hybrid position requires working onsite in Mentor, OH, 3 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related Business field
• 2 years of experience in HR, Benefits, Finance, Customer Service, or Payroll
• Experience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or ServiceNow)
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with process management
