Qorvo is seeking a Support Specialist for their EMEA region to provide HR transactional and inquiry support to employees and managers. The role involves responding to employee inquiries, onboarding new employees, supporting global mobility, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position reporting to the HR Connect Manager in the US.

Requirements

  • Responding to inquiries from employees, managers, HR customers, and external vendors.
  • Support new employee onboarding activities.
  • Performing core transactional work/data entry to HR systems (including SAP-HR, Employee Central, ServiceNow, Papaya).
  • Payroll support including monthly payroll inputs and transportation receipts.
  • Data entry to vendor systems.
  • File management.
  • Data entry to system
  • Maintenance of holiday and leave registration.
  • Participating in process documentation.
  • Creating verification of employment letters, visa application letters, resignation confirmation letters, contract amendments.
  • Supporting and participating as a project team member in ongoing implementation and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 4+ years of customer service or HR experience. Advanced skills in English, Spanish, and French, and strong MS Office proficiency
