The HR Systems Project Manager will lead and inspire HR technology initiatives, driving operational efficiency and enhancing the colleague experience. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week working onsite at Bicester Village.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing HRIS platforms in a global or European context.
- Strong Centre of Excellence project management skills with cross-functional leadership experience.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors and familiarity with ServiceNow and UKG.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR technology.
