The HR Team Lead will manage a team of HR professionals to ensure great customer experience during the employee life cycle, with a focus on process improvement and employee development. The role involves coordinating HR life cycle activities in the Europe region, managing a team of around 12-15 HR advisors, and developing and implementing HR services.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven people management skills
- Languages: English must have + Polish, Spanish or French as a big advantage
- MS Office must have, Workday, ServiceNow (as advantage)
- Process Improvement Experience
- Proven ability to work with case management tool
