HR Team Lead

The HR Team Lead will manage a team of HR professionals to ensure great customer experience during the employee life cycle, with a focus on process improvement and employee development. The role involves coordinating HR life cycle activities in the Europe region, managing a team of around 12-15 HR advisors, and developing and implementing HR services.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven people management skills
• Languages: English must have + Polish, Spanish or French as a big advantage
• MS Office must have, Workday, ServiceNow (as advantage)
• Process Improvement Experience
• Proven ability to work with case management tool
