HR Transformation & HR Cloud Advisory Consultant

Infosys Consulting is seeking a highly skilled HCM Cloud Transformation Consultant to join a dynamic team driving a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation initiative. The role focuses on enabling world-class workforce operations through HR technology and leveraging HR innovation to deliver business outcomes. Requirements

• Robust consulting background or experience in HR Transformation, HR Cloud Advisory, or Hire-to-Retire HXM Technologies.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and HR Ticketing/Workflow Management Tools (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of HR employee lifecycle and processes design.
• Experience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record in delivering HCM transformation programs (5-6 years for senior, 8-10 years for Principals).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
