Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Advisory Consultant to join their dynamic team driving a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation initiative. This role involves guiding clients through HR Transformation, process redesign, and leveraging HR technology to achieve business outcomes. The position offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Robust consulting background or business/corporate experience in HR (IT) Transformation
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for stakeholders
- Domain expertise in HR employee lifecycle (H2R)
- Knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and HR Ticketing/Workflow Management Tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce)
- Proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
- HR Cloud module-related knowledge & certifications
- Practical knowledge of AI, GenAI and automation tools
- Expertise in managing complex projects
- Demonstrable experience in proposals and offerings
