HR Transformation & HR Cloud Advisory Consultant

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Advisory Consultant to join their dynamic team driving a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation initiative. This role involves guiding clients through HR Transformation, process redesign, and leveraging HR technology to achieve business outcomes. Requirements

• Robust consulting background or business/corporate experience in HR (IT) Transformation
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for stakeholders
• Domain expertise in HR employee lifecycle (H2R)
• Knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and HR Ticketing/Workflow Management Tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce)
• Proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of digital transformation principles
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
• HR Cloud module-related knowledge & certifications
• Practical knowledge of AI, GenAI and automation tools
• Expertise in managing complex projects
• Demonstrable experience in proposals and offerings
