Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company that helps everyday people move from struggling to thriving. As a HRIS Analyst, you'll work closely with HR business partners and other teams to administer, maintain, and optimize HR systems, including ADP and SmartRecruiters.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related experience in HRIS Administration (preferably ADP WorkforceNow and/or ADP Talent Management platforms)
  • Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel and reporting tools (ADP, Tableau)
  • Understanding of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prior experience working on tickets and resolution documentation. Preferably using ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, HR, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness and well organized
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment, both in-person and virtually, as well as independently with minimal supervision
