The HRIS Functional Lead - Employee Central Payroll is responsible for managing the SAP EC Payroll module, providing business process support, and enforcing functional change governance. They will consult on system best practices, gather functional requirements, and assist with development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions to business challenges.
Requirements
- Expert level knowledge of SAP EC Payroll module functionality and capabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience with ticketing and defect management solutions like ServiceNow and HR ALM
- Ability to transform complex processes and business requirements into documented technical requirements
