The Human Capital Excellence Center is seeking an HRIS Oracle Manager to support the implementation and optimization of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform in Milan, Italy. This is a preliminary initial contract position with a focus on specialist support to the IT structure and HR. The role requires someone who can think outside the box and is passionate about innovation and technologies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Service Manager in the management of AMS
- Knowledge of main HR processes
- Well-consolidated technical knowledge of Oracle HCM
- Previous experience in managing work teams
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
Requirements Summary
Must have AMS management experience, strong HR knowledge and knowledge of Oracle HCM. Good interpersonal & team skills are needed. ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
