Invesco is seeking a strategic HRIS Service Delivery Lead to champion the advancement of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities using ServiceNow HRSD. The role requires a blend of project leadership, hands-on execution, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS, including 3+ years working with ServiceNow HRSD
  • 3+ years in a lead, project owner, or cross-functional role
  • Strong experience in Workday HCM with deep understanding of HR business processes and capabilities
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, service delivery models, and employee experience
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD) strongly preferred
