Eaton is looking for a HR Solutions Specialist to support global HRS systems and tools, enabling process automation and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR systems support, reporting, or process enablement
- Proficiency in ServiceNow serving as an HRSD admin with configuration experience
- Experience with supporting Data Analytics, using multiple media platforms
- Using and configuring Microsoft Power Platform applications
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with UAT coordination and documentation
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with enterprise IT or platform governance teams is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train and support global teams with clarity
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
