Eaton is looking for a HR Solutions Specialist to support global HRS systems and tools, enabling process automation and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR systems support, reporting, or process enablement
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow serving as an HRSD admin with configuration experience
  • Experience with supporting Data Analytics, using multiple media platforms
  • Using and configuring Microsoft Power Platform applications
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with UAT coordination and documentation
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise IT or platform governance teams is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to train and support global teams with clarity
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
