Human Resource Business Partner

We are searching for a passionate and resourceful HR Professional to act as a HR Business Partner for assigned business team in Banja Luka and provide HR support to Site Leader. You will play a pivotal role, providing expert advice and support to both employees and management on a wide range of human resource matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English language including business writing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of both Workday, ServiceNow is desired.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
