We're changing the way people buy and sell cars at Carvana. As an IAM Administrator, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, administer user accounts, and manage access requests. You'll also define and implement user access rights, provide offboarding support, and troubleshoot IAM-related issues.
Requirements
- Technical Associate's Degree or equivalent IT training
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the technical support field
- Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) Certification within 6 months of employment
- Top-notch customer service experience
- Excellent time management & prioritization skills
- Experience with G Suites, Okta, Oomnitza, Slack, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Workspace One
- Proficiency administering Active Directory, Azure, Okta Admin, and other access management tools
