IAM Application Onboarding Analyst 16197

We are seeking an experienced IAM Application Onboarding Analyst to support enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives and drive secure, scalable onboarding of business applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, or requirements gathering for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt)
• 5+ years of operational, governance, or technical IAM experience, ideally within a large enterprise or financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of IAM domains including Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Privileged Access Management
• Proven experience transitioning business and application teams to new IAM governance processes (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Expertise in translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Advanced analytical, research, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting at senior levels
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in multi-dimensional teams
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and facilitation abilities
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
