IAM Authorization Engineer - Sailpoint

As an IAM Authorization Engineer, you will lead the effort to architect and implement modern authorization and access governance. You will work on application security and access management administration of Smithfield's SailPoint application.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 5+ years relevant experience
• Hands on experience working directly with business and technology teams to integrate security into current and new capabilities
• Experience in application security design, implementation, and access management preferred
• Experience leading application security and access management for SailPoint applications
• Experience in integrating SailPoint application with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Okta and Active Directory systems using APIs
• Previous experience working with Compliance or Auditors to answer questions and provide evidence
• Previous working experience in a food processing or the meat industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of best practices for application security design and access management
• Strong leadership and management skills that align with the Smithfield culture
• Demonstrated flexibility, organization, and self-motivation
• Proven ability to work effectively with a lack of information or requirements
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of employees within the organization and external consultants
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, multiple project deliverables and changing business requirements
