Identity Access Management (IAM) Security Specialist

The IAM Security Specialist will have exposure to multiple security disciplines relating to the Identity Access Management (IAM) & Access Certification program. This role focuses on access security controls, automation, and identifying and implementing process efficiencies that support the Company’s growth and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year of working IT experience in a professional setting, including IAM and Access Certification is required
• Working Knowledge of IAM processes, IAM tools, technologies (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, Confluence) is preferred
• Working Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., SOX, LAM, IA) is preferred
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability in a fast-paced environment
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and drive collaboration across stakeholders
• Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS Excel (Data Entry, Formatting, functions, VBA, Pivot table creation and manipulation) is required
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) is required
