The IAM Systems Engineer will be responsible for integrating various systems, platforms, and applications into a streamlined process in support of QTS' Identity and Access Management Program.
Requirements
- User Lifecycle Management: Processing account requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, and modification of user accounts across various systems.
- Access Reviews and Audits: Performing basic reviews and audits of access rights to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving access-related issues and assisting with basic to complex IAM system troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintaining basic documentation of IAM processes and configurations.
- Collaboration: Working with IT and security teams as well as other cross functional teams to ensure smooth operation of IAM systems.
- IAM System Design & Implementation: Designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions.
- Integrating IAM with Other Systems: Integrating IAM systems with applications and services.
- Custom Development: Developing custom scripts to automate IAM workflows.
- Security & Compliance: Ensuring IAM solutions comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
