We are seeking an experienced IDM specialist to support Nokia Identity Management services in a second-tier support role.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Identity Management (IDM)
- Experience with IDM services and technologies such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Okta, or similar products
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of IT service management and experience with ServiceNow
