ILUNION Servicios TI is seeking a Level 1 IT Service Technician for Madrid. The role involves resolving user issues with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and customer applications, requiring direct client communication and documentation. Candidates should be experienced in both hardware and software troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Higher Education Degree in Information Technology (IT RT)
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Help Desk services as a Level 1 technician and computer technical support
  • Telephone support to users
  • Incident management tools such as Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow
  • Remote control tools (VNC, Teamviewer, Radmin, ISL)
  • Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting Windows 10/11
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks
  • Knowledge of smartphone devices
  • Teamwork and empathy

Requirements Summary

Higher education degree in IT RT, 2-3 years of IT experience, and strong troubleshooting skills. Must be proficient with Windows 10/11 & Microsoft 365
