ILUNION IT Services is seeking a professional to join their Madrid team as a N1 Service Desk Technician. The role involves resolving Level 1 IT incidents, providing user support, diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems, and logging requests. Candidates should be comfortable using helpdesk tools and have strong customer communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems in Network (ASIR)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HelpDesk as a Level 1 technician and IT technical support
  • Experience with incident management tools like Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow
  • Experience with remote control tools like VNC, Teamviewer, Radmin, ISL
  • Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, and customer applications
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP)
  • Basic knowledge of device configuration
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • English: Basic N1 Level A2, recommended B1
