SMBC is seeking an Incident Co-Ordinator to support and improve the resolution of Incidents and effective communication to all levels of management. The role involves escalating issues, adhering to regulatory reporting, coordinating with other teams, and supporting the Incident & Crisis Manager. It requires a strong understanding of DORA regulations and excellent communication skills in an international context.
