The Incident Manager is responsible for the daily operations of incident management, including lead preparation of reports, schedule meetings, and follow-up with resources. The role involves standardizing, automating, and improving the incident management process, analyzing trends, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Support the day-to-day operation of Incident Management.
  • Lead the preparation of Post Incident Reports.
  • Schedule and lead incident review meetings.
  • Follow-up with key resources to obtain incident information.
  • Analyze trends, escalate issues, and ensure process adherence.
  • Promote incident management processes and support continuous service improvement.
  • Mentor Incident Management process.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in IT/business. 3+ years IT service operations/management experience. Good ITSM knowledge & ServiceNow proficiency are a plus
