Join ALTEN MAROC as a Cloud Incident Manager and ensure the efficiency and performance of incident management, resolution of incidents, and compliance with processes and SLAs. Develop and propose action plans to improve service quality and availability. Collaborate with management on major incidents and crises.

Requirements

  • Ensure the efficiency and performance of incident management and ensure compliance with the process
  • Verify that all necessary documentation for incident management is complete, accessible, and distributed to those concerned
  • Ensure the resolution of incidents by different levels (N1, N2, and N3) within the stipulated deadlines
  • Guarantee compliance with SLA on incidents
  • Gather, analyze, and consolidate all information related to incident management to realize a weekly and monthly reporting
  • Propose action plans to improve service quality and availability
  • Ensure escalation and communication to all levels of management concerned in major incidents or crises
  • Decide on the potential triggering of a crisis following a major incident
  • Organize, direct, document, and follow up the crisis cell
