Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • 7-10 years’ of IT service management and IT operations and support experience
  • 7+ years involved in ITIL roles for incident, problem and change management
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical parties
  • Experience in working with teams in internationally spanning geographies
  • Ability to influence and manage people and teams across multiple geographical locations
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills to handle major incidents
  • Broad knowledge of IT cloud infrastructure and applications
  • Experience with Application Monitoring tools like Dynatrace and ELK.
  • Experience working with IT Service Management processes and tools including ServiceNow, JIRA
