Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Technology
- 7-10 years’ of IT service management and IT operations and support experience
- 7+ years involved in ITIL roles for incident, problem and change management
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical parties
- Experience in working with teams in internationally spanning geographies
- Ability to influence and manage people and teams across multiple geographical locations
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills to handle major incidents
- Broad knowledge of IT cloud infrastructure and applications
- Experience with Application Monitoring tools like Dynatrace and ELK.
- Experience working with IT Service Management processes and tools including ServiceNow, JIRA
