This role provides complex analytical and consultative support, delivering HR processes and serving as a key member of the HR Technology team. The position focuses on configuration, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the overall stability and functionality of the HRSD application.
Requirements
- Educational degree or equivalent (Bachelor's) or GED with four years' relevant work experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow application support and administration.
- Strong implementation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HRSD ServiceNow Application and related systems.
- Experience with virtual agent and integration.
