India Senior Analyst, Application Support

This senior-level Analyst position within the People Organization focuses on configuration and support of ServiceNow Application, assisting with HR processes. The role involves technical input for Digital/vendor support, integration with legacy systems, and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms. The company, Waste Management, is a leading provider of waste and environmental services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent high school diploma/GED) and four years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Employee center portal, Virtual agent, Workflow design, Agent workspace, Language translation, Scripting, ACL, Reporting, and system integration.
• Hands-on configuration of application(s) and support releases/upgrades/enhancements.
• Extensive experience evaluating requirements and specs for development, testing, and deployment.
