Information & Document Management Expert

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (ED) is seeking an Information & Document Management Expert fluent in English to join their Development team in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves applying architecture frameworks, integrating business and technical architectures, analyzing data, and providing guidance on business process improvement. This is a hybrid position requiring collaboration with a major client's IT team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT or a related discipline
• 11+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of identity provider, authentication, and authorization experience
• 5+ years of BPMN modeling experience
• 5+ years of Service Management tools experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Application Management Lifecycle experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Excellent command of English and fluency in French
