Information Security Analyst, Global Security Support Centre

The ServiceNow Security Organization is seeking a Global Security Support Center (GSSC) analyst to strengthen the internal and external security posture. This role involves investigating, responding to, and improving customer experience regarding security-related matters. The GSSC team collaborates with various functions and is committed to fostering an empowering and customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into security processes.
• 4 years of professional experience in information security or application security roles.
• Relevant certifications like ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Offensive Security Web Assessor (OSWA), GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), CISSP, CISM.
• Good understanding of cloud computing models and major hyperscaler cloud models.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information security
• Experience with web vulnerability exploitation.
