Information Security Specialist (Onsite Hybrid)

NTT DATA is seeking an Information Security Specialist (Onsite Hybrid) to join their IAM Cybersecurity team. This role focuses on maintaining the stability and reliability of the organization's infrastructure systems, supporting critical workforce identity management tools and directory services built on ForgeRock and PingIdentity. The position is part of a global reliability engineering team contributing to a large financial services client.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Operations.
• Exposure to Agile / DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and methodology.
• Intermediate knowledge of operating system administration (Linux).
• Foundational knowledge of authentication protocols (OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, RSA SecurID, Cisco Duo Security, FIDO).
• Experience in a large enterprise environment and understanding of enterprise infrastructure concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Shell).
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tooling.
• Familiarity with visualization and incident management tools (Splunk, Grafana, ServiceNow, Jira, Bitbucket, PagerDuty, PowerBI).
• Knowledge of enterprise security standards.
• Hands-on experience with automation and self-healing solutions.
