Information Systems Specialist I - ServiceNow

Requirements

• Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to the completion of two years of college with coursework in computer science or related field OR 2.5 years of technical systems/programming experience.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of systems design and implementation.
• Requires working knowledge of devices for capturing data and receiving/transmitting data from remote locations.
• Requires working knowledge of computer communication and data retrieval.
• Requires working knowledge of computer systems management principles.
