Information Technology Executive ( IT 專員)

Rentokil Initial is seeking an Information Technology Executive to provide IT support to Taiwan users. The role involves system administration, hardware/software maintenance, user account management, and training. The position requires 1st and/or 2nd level IT support, user account management, asset and inventory management, and IT DR plan maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related
• 5+ years of relevant system administration, implementation, infrastructure and user support experience
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suites
• Working knowledge in VMware ESX, Workspace One, Google Workspace, Telephony and Call Centre technologies
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Team player with good work ethic
• Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken)
