We are looking for a person to support our IT team, focused on managing services and delivering IT projects, who can contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the operational management of IT services.
Requirements
- University studies or professionalizing in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of Restful Architecture (API REST) and Client/Server communication
- Desirable knowledge of TSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
- Interest in IT service management and teamwork
- Good communication and organizational skills
