This Information Technology Manager role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong ServiceNow background to lead a team and drive projects within the ServiceNow platform. Requirements

  • 10+ years in leadership role and hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role managing a team of at least five developers
  • Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP web services
  • Strong knowledge of UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
  • Experience with database schema design and development within the ServiceNow platform
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
