Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in End User Computing
- Knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Adobe Applications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune architecture design, policies, and features
- Knowledge of computer Golden Image build, configuration, and deployment
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Software Asset Management
- Experience supporting Windows/Mac OS/Linux
- Experience in paper management systems (e.g., PaperCut)
