Information Technology Manager (End User Computing)

The Information Technology Manager (End User Computing) role within the Information Technology Department focuses on managing and maintaining the digital workplace environment, IT asset management, and network infrastructure. This position involves providing excellent customer support, troubleshooting issues, and improving IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in end-user computing services for teaching and learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in End User Computing
• Knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Adobe Applications
• Experience with Microsoft Intune architecture design, policies, and features
• Knowledge of computer Golden Image build, configuration, and deployment
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Software Asset Management
• Experience supporting Windows/Mac OS/Linux
• Experience in paper management systems (e.g., PaperCut)
