INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - (TECHNICAL MANAGER III)

The State of Illinois Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking a Technical Manager III for the Information Technology Operations Specialist role, supporting regional IT teams and providing support to government personnel. This position involves assisting with IT issue resolution, network support, and inventory management. It's a union position with no visa sponsorship provided.

Requirements

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree majoring in computer science or information technology, OR completion of two years of college plus two years of experience working with network operating systems, end-user computer support, IT troubleshooting, or a combination thereof
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Basic knowledge of PMI, ITIL, and Agile methodologies
