INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - (TECHNICAL MANAGER III)

The Information Technology Operations Specialist is crucial for the Division of Information Processing, supporting operations and assisting staff with IT issues. This role includes network troubleshooting, IT equipment management, ServiceNow system utilization, and liaisoning with regional and district IT departments. They also will assist in administrative programming and equipment refresh initiatives.

Requirements

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree majoring in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network operating systems, end-user computer support, and IT troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and project coordination.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
