We are seeking a highly skilled IT Supervisor to lead our ServiceNow development team. The role involves overseeing project execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring project success within a ServiceNow environment. This position requires a strong technical background, experience with ServiceNow platform development, and a proven track record of managing projects and teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and leadership experience
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role managing a team of at least three developers
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP web services and other integration methods
- Strong knowledge of UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Experience with ServiceNow based AI and Performance Analytics
- Experience with database schema design and development within the ServiceNow platform
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
